Glory Rail supplied QU70 Crane Rail, W116 rail clips, and steel-backed SBR rubber pads for a crane equipment project in Israel. The order included custom-length rails with different end beveling requirements, 224 sets of hot-dip galvanized rail clips, and 72 meters of rubber pads. Shipped from Tianjin to Ashdod in late April 2026, the materials were supplied for installation on a steel-supported crane track system.
Project Overview
The customer is an Israeli company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of lifting and material handling equipment. Its product range includes overhead cranes, gantry cranes, monorail cranes, and jib cranes.
For this project, the customer required QU70 crane rails and matching installation materials to meet the site requirements. Glory Rail arranged the rail supply and end processing according to the specified lengths, along with W116 short-tongue rail clips and steel-backed SBR rubber pads.

QU70 Crane Rail Requirements and Project Specifications
The customer provided a detailed cutting list for the QU70 rails, with individual lengths and end preparation requirements specified for each section. Some rails required beveling at one end, others at both ends, while one rail was supplied without beveling.
The order also included fastening components and rubber pads to match the installation requirements.
| Product | Length / Specification | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| QU70 Crane Rail | 10.35 m, one end beveled | 2 pcs |
| QU70 Crane Rail | 10.90 m, both ends beveled | 2 pcs |
| QU70 Crane Rail | 6.83 m, both ends beveled | 2 pcs |
| QU70 Crane Rail | 7.70 m, one end beveled | 2 pcs |
| QU70 Crane Rail | 10.98 m, no beveling | 1 pc |
| W116 Rail Clips | Short tongue, hot-dip galvanized | 224 sets |
| SBR Rubber Pads | Steel-backed, 7 × 120 × 12,000 mm | 6 rolls |
The order included 85.62 meters of QU70 crane rail, 224 sets of W116 rail clips, and 72 meters of steel-backed SBR rubber pads.
Custom-Length QU70 Crane Rails with Beveled Ends
Rather than supplying standard stock lengths alone, Glory Rail prepared the QU70 rails according to the customer’s individual cutting list.
The nine rail sections required three different end configurations: one-end beveling, two-end beveling, and no beveling. These requirements were incorporated into the processing plan to ensure that each section matched the specified installation arrangement.
The supplied QU70 Crane Rail sections ranged from 6.83 meters to 10.98 meters in length. By coordinating length cutting and end preparation within the same order, Glory Rail provided rail sections suited to the customer’s project layout.
For crane runway projects, rail length and end preparation are important details to confirm before production. Providing the cutting list in advance helps coordinate rail processing with the installation requirements and the rest of the order.
W116 Rail Clips and Steel-Backed SBR Rubber Pads
Along with the rails, the order included two types of materials for the track installation assembly.
W116 Short-Tongue Rail Clips
A total of 224 sets of W116 short-tongue rail clips were supplied with a hot-dip galvanized finish.
These clips were specified to secure the QU70 rails to the steel support structure. The customer’s installation photographs show the clips bolted to the blue-painted steel base, with the rail held in position along the track.
Supplying the clips together with the rails allowed the customer to coordinate the fastening components with the selected rail profile and installation arrangement.
Steel-Backed SBR Rubber Pads
The rubber pad specification was 7 × 120 × 12,000 mm, with six rolls supplied for a total length of 72 meters.
The pads consisted of SBR rubber with a steel backing plate. In the installed assembly, they were positioned beneath the QU70 rails and above the steel support structure.
The combination of rail, rubber pad, and rail clips formed the main installation arrangement visible in the customer’s site photographs.
QU70 Crane Rail Packing and Shipment to Israel
After the rails and accompanying materials were prepared according to the order, the shipment was arranged from Tianjin, China, to Ashdod, Israel, in late April 2026.
The following shipment photographs document the actual order preparation and dispatch process.

On-Site Installation in Israel
Following delivery, the customer shared on-site installation photos of the QU70 crane rails and W116 rail clips used in the Israeli project. The photos show the rail installation on steel-backed SBR rubber pads, the fastening arrangement along the steel support structure, and the details of the hot-dip galvanized clips.

QU70 Crane Rail Supply for Israel
This Israeli project brought together custom-length QU70 crane rails, specified end beveling, W116 hot-dip galvanized rail clips, and steel-backed SBR rubber pads in one coordinated supply order.
From the cutting list and component specifications to shipment from Tianjin and subsequent installation feedback, the project demonstrates how rail supply can be organized around the actual requirements of a crane installation rather than standard rail lengths alone.
Glory Rail supplies QU70 crane rails and related rail installation materials for crane runway and material handling projects. For project inquiries, customers can provide the required rail lengths, end processing details, fastening specifications, and delivery destination to discuss a suitable supply arrangement.
