TG43 Rail Clamp: Reliable Rail Fastening Solutions
TG43 Rail Clamp ensures safe and durable fixing for P43 rails and heavy-duty tracks.
Product Overview
The TG43 rail clamp is a type of WJK rail clamp, specifically designed for use with P43 rail. As a welded rail clamp, also known as a track clamp, it serves as a reliable fastener for fixing rails during rail laying operations.
This product is supplied by Glory Rail, a trusted name in rail infrastructure solutions. The TG43 rail clamp is an essential welded rail fixture, widely used as a standard for crane beam rail fixing.
- Designed specifically for P43 rail
- High-strength welded construction
- Easy installation and maintenance
- Durable and corrosion-resistant
- Widely used in crane systems
Materials & Construction
Manufactured from cast steel (Q235 or Q345) for superior toughness and long lifespan
Matching bolts per base material: Grade C for Q235; high-strength Grade 8.8 for Q345
Optional elastic composite rubber pads (full-length or intermittent) for vibration damping and enhanced track stability
Reduced and thickened variants meet special height or clearance requirements (e.g. when rail base pad or protective rubber pad is used)

| Package / Weight | approx. 1.4 kg per clamp | similar; varies with variant | Estimate for handling / shipping |
- Overhead cranes & crane beams – securing rails under heavy load and repeated movement
- Gantry and container cranes – for stable rails in outdoor or demanding port/marine environments
- Industrial track systems – rail laying in steel mills, manufacturing plants, bulk handling
- Heavy equipment rails – where high load and precision alignment are required
- Special cases – systems needing reduced height clamps or with rubber pads for noise/vibration isolation
Installation & Assembly
Assembly Process
- Insert bolts into position
- Attach the upper cover
- Add flat washer
- Add spring washer (50×50×5 specification recommended)
- Secure with nut
- Tighten firmly to the required torque
Installation Notes
- Matching Components: Works with 12mm-thick steel plates and elastic composite rubber pads.
- Rubber Pad Laying:
- Two pad types available: full-length pads and intermittent pads.
- For intermittent laying: Add one pad between every two sets of rail clamps.
- For heavy-duty conditions (lifting capacity > 30T): Full-length pad laying is recommended to eliminate the “curved bow wave” effect.
- Applicable Beam: Compatible with concrete crane beams (refer to the floor plan for positional guidance: A/2, B/2 markings).
