Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing of Elastic Rail Clips follows a precise hot forging process to ensure strength, elasticity, and durability.
Production begins with high-quality spring steel rods, which are sheared into the required lengths. These cut pieces are then heated to 950–1000°C in a controlled furnace to reach forging temperature.
Once heated, the steel is hot-formed through three bending stages, shaping the clip to its exact profile. After forming, the clips are quenched in oil to enhance hardness and wear resistance, followed by tempering at 400–500°C to restore toughness and elasticity.
The finished clips are then oiled and carefully packed to prevent corrosion during storage and transport. Every batch undergoes strict hardness testing to ensure the clips meet the required 40–48 HRC range.
