QU70 Crane Rail Clamps
QU70 rail clamps are welded-type fasteners designed for QU70 crane rails. The assembly includes a base plate, cover plate, adjusting plate, and T-bolts. The base plate is welded to steel structures or embedded steel plates, while T-bolts seated in the base groove help absorb torsional and shear forces, ensuring secure rail fastening. The clamping distance is adjusted by tightening the cover plate with the adjusting plate.
The plates are made of ductile cast iron or cast steel. Bolts, nuts, and flat washers use Q235 steel, and spring washers are made from 60Mn or 60Si2Mn.
