The crane steel beam must meet national steel structure engineering standards.
Surface painting of crane beam should be completed before clamp installation.
Rail joints must be properly aligned and deviations corrected.
Assembly Sequence
Weld and fix the base (ensure correct position; deviation from the beam centerline ≤ ±1.0 mm).
Insert T-bolts.
Position adjusting plate (wedge-shaped, with notched surface upward).
Install press plate, washer, spring washer, and nut.
Adjust clamp laterally to tightly clamp the rail’s lower flange, then torque the nuts.
