3124/20/42 Rail Clip Components
Special Washer: High-strength steel washer with a corrosion-resistant surface treatment for stable fastening and long-term use.
Forged Steel Clip: The main load-bearing part of the clamp. Forged and heat-treated steel provides the strength needed for repeated rail loads.
Vulcanized Rubber Block: Oil-resistant rubber with a metal core helps absorb vibration and reduce noise. S-type is for rails with pads, while H-type is for installations without pads. A special rubber pressure tongue holds the rail while helping protect the rail surface.
Optional High-Strength Bolts: Grade 8.8 and 10.9 bolts are available, with custom lengths, head types, matching nuts and hardened washers to suit different base plates.
